Christopher Dean Finney, 50, was arraigned Monday, Dec. 5, on one count of careless discharge of a gun in a structure in connection with the shooting of his spouse’s dog.
Authorities were called at 8:52 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, to a house in the 2000 block of Holmes Roadway for a report of shots fired, according to the Washtenaw County Constable’s Workplace.
The 911 caller informed dispatchers her spouse, Finney, had actually fired his weapon in the house and her dog had actually been shot, authorities stated.
