Ryan DeGrey with Salt Lake County Animal Solutions states their shelter just has a couple of empty kennels.

” Generally we run about 30 to 40 overall pet dogs at any provided time,” stated DeGrey, a volunteer organizer. “So now that we’re running 90 to 100, we’re way above what the regular is.”
