On Nov. 21, at about 6:42 p.m., officers reacted to a house in the 600 block of West Factory Street for a report of a dead kitten with “suspicious injuries.”
” Throughout the examination, a necropsy was carried out on the kitten and it was found the kitten suffered a hematoma behind each eye and a damaged front leg. The cause of death was thought about abnormal triggered by an absence of blood circulation to the brain,” Seymour Cops state.
Officers reached a 22-year-old Seymour male. He at first informed them contrasting stories about what took place to the kitten.
” The suspect ultimately confessed to purposefully triggering the death to the kitten,” cops state.
