He has been on the run for almost three decades; a man allegedly behind the slaughter of more than 2,000 refugees sheltering inside a church during the Rwandan genocide. But on Thursday, the UN tribunal responsible for hunting down the perpetrators announced that Fulgence Kayishema had been arrested near Cape Town in South Africa. “Justice will be done, no matter how long it takes,” said Serge Brammertz, the chief prosecutor.
