A mum callously left after her dog mauled a neighbour so severely she was left requiring healthcare facility treatment for 5 days.

The XL bully, owned by Suraya Highton-Lawal, tore “inches” of skin from the arm of the victim who was left screaming for an ambulance as Highton-Lawal overlooked her and returned into her house.

Liverpool Crown Court heard on Friday that Clare Holden was assaulted by Highton-Lawal’s dogs while looking for to secure her own dog from damage.

Ms Holden parked her car at the back of her address on Falkner Square in the Georgian Quarter at around 9.15am on September 21 and took her dog out of the vehicle on its lead, the Liverpool Echo reports.

At the exact same time 31-year-old Highton-Lawal let her 2 XL bullies out into the common garden and parking lot off their leads.

Ken Grant, prosecuting, explained how the dogs “instantly” tried to attack Ms Holden’s family pet. She was left holding her own dog up in the air in order to keep it out of damage’s method.

But Highton-Lawal’s dogs started “tossing themselves” at her. One of them, Walter, sunk its teeth into her best arm and “locked on”.
