A Florida female was apprehended on Monday after “disturbing” video emerged of her clubbing a dog in her Tampa home, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

“We are dedicated to investigating this case and ensuring that Jaimes will be held accountable for her heinous acts.”
