PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The City of Portage Parks & Recreation workplace is advising those who concern parks with their dogs that they require to be on a leash at all times.

The tip originates from the City of Portage as reports from worried residents and observations of dogs off leash by Park staff have actually increased over the previous year.
