PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Police are searching for the driver who they state strike a lady and a dog with a vehicle and after that ran away the scene

Allegheny County dispatchers state emergency situation teams were contacted us to the crossway of Centre Avenue and Logan Street in the Lower Hill District quickly after 9:30 p.m. on Friday.

The female was required to the health center in major condition.
