As he attempted to leave the scene, the court heard that Ms Midura had a “clear liquid” tossed at her from a bottle as she attempted to photo the accused’s van. The magistrates were informed both dogs were kept in cops custody.

The female who bit members of the general public is still under evaluation by cops and the male has actually been rehomed, the court heard. Keith Webster, safeguarding Sumner, appealed for the court to delay their sentencing and order a report into the accused’s background be finished.
