Mother dog, puppies rescued from South Auckland house fire

A mom dog and a variety of her puppies were rescued from a house fire in Auckland’s Manurewa today.

Emergency services were contacted us to the scene on Lynmore Drive about 8.40am.

On arrival the fire was little, however it grew and ended up being well included, a Fire and Emergency (FENZ) representative said.

All individuals inside your house were rapidly left and represented, they included — and a variety of dogs were rescued too.

A FENZ representative said they weren’t sure the number of dogs precisely, however they understand it was a mom dog and her puppies.

Veterinary help for the dogs was being looked for in the wake of the occurrence.
