Mecosta County deputies report dog bit 2 throughout run-in

Deputies with the Mecosta County Constable’s Workplace reacted to the following calls Jan. 26-Feb. 6.

BIG RAPIDS MUNICIPALITY: At 6:16 p.m. Feb. 26, deputies reacted to a rollover near Path 131 and 14 Mile Roadway after a 30-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle. Mecosta County EMS carried the driver to Corewell Health Big Rapids Health center for non-life-threatening injuries.

SHERIDAN MUNICIPALITY: At 8:38 p.m. Feb. 26, deputies react to an attack problem. According to cops reports, a female caller reported that somebody had actually taken her tablets. Throughout this occurrence, the caller’s kid entered into a physical run-in with another male at the residence, and the caller’s dog bit both males. Small injuries were sustained. A report will be sent to district attorneys workplace for evaluation.

BIG RAPIDS MUNICIPALITY: Early Saturday, Feb. 29, deputies reacted to a rollover crash on New Millpond Roadway, south of 15 Mile Roadway. The driver, a 53-year-old female, suffered head discomfort; Mecosta County EMS carried her to Corewell Health Big Rapids Health center for examination.

GREEN MUNICIPALITY: At 6:35 p.m. Feb. 30, deputies reacted to a disorderly problem. According to cops reports, the caller declared that his sweetheart’s kid appeared at a residence and was being aggressive. Deputies apprehended the male topic for a probation offense.

NEWAYGO COUNTY: Newaygo County investigators recuperated taken property out of Mecosta County while performing a search warrant at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 31. 2 male topics were apprehended on warrants for absconding from patrol. A 3rd male subject left the scene in a vehicle. Newaygo County deputies cancelled the pursuit when he went into Kent County. GREEN MUNICIPALITY: At 8:05 a.m. Feb. 1, deputies apprehended a female on warrants for probation offense and drugs. She was lodged at the Mecosta County Prison.

AETNA MUNICIPALITY: Deputies carried out a warrant arrest of a male topic at 3:03 p.m. Feb. 3.

DEERFIELD MUNICIPALITY: At 9:26 a.m. Feb. 4, deputies apprehended a male topic for felony intimidation and failure to appear warrants.

BIG RAPIDS MUNICIPALITY: Deputies carried out a warrant arrests at 6:27 p.m. Feb. 5. A male topic was apprehended for a warrant out of Montcalm County and committed the Montcalm County Constable’s Workplace.
