Cheyenne Mayor Patrick Collins is prompting dog owners to take additional preventative measures to guarantee their furry buddies are safe following a recent rash of deaths.
Collins in his Mayor’s Minute column Friday said that 14 dogs have actually been struck and killed by cars and trucks this previous week.
