The owner of a South Boston dog training center, a suspended firemen in Burlington, Massachusetts, is dealing with federal animal cruelty charges after findings of cruelty and disregard.
According to a criminal grievance submitted by the Animal Rescue League of Boston, Tyler Falconer is charged with 3 counts of animal cruelty and 3 counts of dog tethering/confining offense.
