DEHRADUN: A 12-year-old boy, Kartik Kumar, passed away after getting mistakenly strangled by a dog leash while having fun with his 10-year-old sibling at their home in Dehradun’s Patel Nagar location on Friday night.
The kids were alone at home as their daddy, an auto-rickshaw driver, was out for work and their mom had actually gone to a neighboring market.
“The boy had actually put the collar end of the dog leash around his neck and tossed the other end over a door while having fun with his sibling. The leash got knotted with the lock.
