WARANGAL: As lots of as 26 individuals were bitten by roaming dogs within the last 3 days in Mahabubabad district.
Fourteen individuals consisting of females and children were hurt by dog bites in Megya and Venkaiah thandas under Maripeda mandal on Sunday.
The dogs did not spare the livestock either. Two buffaloes were hurt in the attacks. All the victims went to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Maripeda and took treatment.
Two days back, roaming dogs assaulted pilgrims who went to the Gunjedu Musalamma Jatara in Kothaguda mandal. As lots of as 12 pilgrims were hurt.
Fear has actually grasped the homeowners, who are terrified of coming out of their homes due to the roaming dog threat. They pleaded with the district and regional authorities to do the needful urgently.
