While most will send their damaged furnishings to the dump, one artist chose to do something else with her shredded couch: turn it into a work of art.
Stephanie Louise, a member of a Facebook group called Tips4Home, just recently shared how she brought back an open tear on the side of her couch by embroidering it with art. In her before-and-after pictures, you can see a hole in the corner, then in the 2nd photo, you see how it’s been changed into a vine with pink and blue flowers. So innovative!

According to Louise, she was motivated to do the do it yourself job after another member from the exact same Facebook group said that embroidery might be utilized to repair areas with cat scratches.
