Poppets are a currency in Forspoken that let you trade for rare crafting materials and cloaks. You can find a total of nine in the game. Here are all the Forspoken Poppet locations and their respective Detours.

Note that while you can complete these Detours during the story, it’s possible to miss them until you’ve finished the story entirely, so you’ll either want to do each Detour as they become available or do them all at once when you’re in post-game.

What are Poppets?

Poppets are old children’s toys found in Athia. As they’re no longer in production following The Break, Poppets are seen as valuable collectibles. In-game, they’re treated as a form of currency, and you can trade them to a shopkeeper in Cipal.

Where to Trade Poppets?

Poppets are tradable by the stall found in the center of Cipal, close to the tavern. The stall is easy to recognize as the shopkeeper has a few Poppets of his own on display. You’ll be able to buy everything in the shop once you collect all nine Poppets.

Once you buy all the items from the shop, you’ll receive the “A Roaring Trade” trophy.

Doing all of these Detours after the story ends shouldn’t take you fairly long, and you can finish them within half an hour or so. Happy cat chasing!
