Councillors in Hexham, Northumberland, granted a cat the an essential to the town, a “Freedom to Roam” certificate, and a bag of cat treats.
The honor, and the Dreamies, were planned to acknowledge the ginger feline’s years of service to clients at the town’s regional healthcare facility.
