Britain’s Got Talent audiences were left scratching their heads throughout tonight’s (June 2) semi-finals as judge Simon Cowell made some rather ‘unusual’ sounds. The music magnate started discharging some ‘strange’ cat sounds while fellow judges Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon were providing feedback to dance entertainers Romeo and Icy.

Simon applauded the duo for their wonderful proceed phase. However, Amanda and Alesha said they weren’t the very best dancers on the program in regards to strategy.



Clearly irritated by their criticism, Simon continued to meow into his microphone as they were still talking. He slowly increased the volume to the point where the audience might no longer hear the other judges.

He didn’t stop with his ‘strange’ sounds up until host Declan Donnelly disrupted to inform the 63-year-old to stop. Many audiences tuning in from home required to Twitter to concern Simon’s feline impression.

Meanwhile, lots of others took objective at the judge for being ‘ill-mannered’ and ‘impolite’ by making the noises while Amanda and Alesha were talking. WestEndCorner stated: “Why was Simon Cowell carrying his inner cat. That was impolite, ill-mannered and strange.”

But some audiences discovered his cattiness humorous. Jessmiddleton98 typed: “Simon making meow noises,” followed by sobbing and chuckling emojis. With an image of their cat, Gaiuslw published: “Junior is happy that Simon Cowell can speak cat #bgt.”
