Police are relying on the general public in hopes of determining a female who tossed another individual’s cam bag into a pond in Beacon Hill Park previously today.
Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers published on social networks on behalf of VicPD to attempt to determine the lady who took a professional photographer’s cam and bag and tossed them into a pond at Beacon Hill Park.
On Tuesday, May 9th, a female was taking images of birds in the park when she was faced by another lady.
According to cops, the 2 females “exchanged words” which caused the suspect taking the victim’s cam bag and tossing it in a neighboring lake.
The cam bag included a high-end cam and devices which cumulatively cost around $3,000.
Before the suspect might escape, the victim had the ability to catch an image of the suspect while she rudely gestured 2 middle fingers at her.
The suspect is desired for mischief under $5,000.
Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers are asking that anybody that understands who she is report her name anonymously by calling 1-800-222-8477 or submit a tip online.
