Kite threads frequently get tangled on poles, wires, and trees and birds wind up getting stuck in them. One such bird was seen having a hard time after getting stuck in a kite thread in Jaipur. Fortunately, the bird was saved by the compassion and clearheadedness of a traffic cops constable.

When Traffic Constable Prem Singh saw the having a hard time bird stuck on the wires over a hectic roadway, he advised a passing bus to get near to the bird. He then got on top of the bus and untangled the bird. With help of another observer, he brought the bird down and continued to carefully eliminate the kite threads from its body.
This act of compassion was captured on electronic camera and was shared on Facebook by Ajay Pal Lamba, Inspector General of Police, Udaipur Range, on January 18. This video overcame 12,000 likes.
It was reshared by IAS officer Supriya Sahu on Twitter on Saturday. “Every life matters. Salute to Traffic constable Prem Singh from Jaipur for his kindness #realheroes,” Sahu composed while sharing the clip.
Commenting on the video on Facebook, a user composed, “Kindness should be the only ornament of human kind. Its great that some of us do have that and that’s why the world still has a bit of goodness left.”
Another individual composed, “You deserve all appreciation. You are perfect and polite human being. God bless you. keep it up and all the best for your future endeavors.”
