County limits travel due to winter season storm

You can’t take a trip on the Ulster County roadway system after 4 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14. At 9:22 p.m. on Monday night, Ulster County executive Jen Metzger put travel constraints into impact by executive order. All non-emergency automobiles on the Ulster County roadway system will be restricted up until more notification.
The order doesn’t specify what makes up an emergency situation.
