Dog owners are being welcomed to an unique occasion at Keighley’s Cliffe Castle park this weekend.
The complimentary ‘Woofts’ occasion on Saturday (3rd June) in between 11am and 2pm is occurring near the coffee shop in the premises of Cliffe Castle.
It wants to raise money for regional rehoming charity Aireworth Dogs in Need, which will be offering items, running a tombola and offering microchipping.
There are likewise dog and owner health and wellbeing strolls occurring at 11.30am and 1pm.
Plus there’s an enjoyable family dog reveal, deal with painting and kids’s crafts.
Cliffe Castle Support Group is backing the occasion. A representative says: “It’s sure to be an enjoyable and useful day for both dog owners and pooches.
“Show classifications will consist of ‘musical bumps’, which is musical chairs for dogs, or perhaps your animal has the ‘waggiest tail’ or ‘wonderful markings’? Perhaps somebody in the family is the ‘finest junior handler’, or someone owns a ‘dog of the day’? Registration for all classifications opens at 11am, however can be made up to 10 minutes prior to the start of each.
“Please note dogs need to be on a lead in case location.”
