MONTREAL — A Canadian senator is knocking the stigmatization of 2 Montreal-location neighborhood companies that have actually been implicated by the RCMP of hosting secret Chinese federal government police headquarters.
Independent Sen. Yuen Pau Woo informed press reporters today that the RCMP should step forward with proof versus these 2 groups.
Woo made the remarks throughout a press conference with members of Montreal’s Chinese neighborhood at the workplace of among the groups targeted by the cops, Service à la Famille Chinoise du Grand Montreal.
In mid-March the RCMP said that the organization, together with Centre Sino-Quebec de la Rive-Sud, situated on Montreal’s South Shore, hosted Chinese federal government representatives who apparently pestered members of the city’s Chinese neighborhood.
