Cynthia Weil, the respected songwriter behind You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feeling, has actually passed away aged 82, United States media report.
Her child, Jenn Mann, informed TMZ that her mom passed away on Thursday night.
She was “the best mom, granny and other half our family might ever request for”, Ms Mann said. “She was my friend, confidant, and my partner in criminal offense and an idol and pioneer for ladies in music.”
No cause of death for Weil was offered.
