Clive is a 1-2 year old male Chihuahua Cross. He is a lovely dog who loves human attention and cuddles.
Clive has a very cheeky character, which you can’t help to love. Clive loves his toys to play with and would love a garden.
Clive is housetrained and he walks well on a lead. Clive is learning to tackle new situations, as previously he was not walking in public and so he used to struggle meeting new people and other dogs.
Clive is fast at learning new things every day and he is coping very well and improving, but his training will need to be continued by his new owners.

Clive is reactive sometimes to other dogs when out walking, and his foster mum has distraction techniques that he is following as part of his new experiences.
We think a home in a rural, non built-up area would be best for him, offering quiet walks in the countryside.

Clive doesn’t seem to be as excited as other dogs get when “walkies” is mentioned, so perhaps a big garden is enough for this little boy.
An older person or couple, who don’t have young children visiting would be ideal and without another dog.

Clive is ok to be left on his own for short periods. Clive has not been tested with cats. He is a tiny dog with a huge heart and is looking for his forever lap and lots of cuddles. He is a cheeky and lovable lap dog.
Nice boy and excellent in the home, but is fearful of the walks of other dogs, but we are working on this. Experienced owners needed to help him with this.

Clive is currently located in a foster home in Walsall, West Midlands. The Adoption Fee: £225. All our adoptions are subject to successful home checks.
There is now a deposit for all home checks of £25 which is deducted from the adoption fee. If the home check fails the £25 will be reimbursed. If people withdraw after the home check this is non-refundable.
